This Rainwater filter comes with two level of filtration. 

  • First level, filters large particles such as leaves, seeds, debris etc. 
  • Second level, filters very small dust particles of size 15 microns.

This filter is designed with Self cleaning mechanism. The rectangular slot  helps to place and remove the filter easily from the housing. It also helps for the self cleaning of the filter. When rainwater falls on the filter, small amount of water goes through rectangular slot. This small quantity of water pushes debris and dust particles outside thus keeping the filter clean all the time. 

The filter can be cleaned effortlessly in just two minutes.  The filter can be removed from the rectangular slot by softly pushing at one end. The filter is made up of nylon woven material. So just rinse the filter in the running water or soak the filter into the bucket. During the process, filter releases all the dirt and looks clean. It is ready for filtering the rainwater.

Efficient Filtration

This filter stops and retains the tiny dust particles of size 15 microns and allows rainwater to pass through. It filters even smallest dust particles of size 15 microns and above. Due to this level of filtration, Rainwater can be used for all house hold purposes except drinking. Human eye is able to identify the particles that are 40 microns.
